Conceptualize and present a festival creative deck. Develop an idea bank, source inspiration, and design mockups. Ideas were actualized and upheld, shaping a compelling online and in-person experience for the community.

Establish a cohesive 25th Anniversary brand identity for the festival rollout. Refresh custom templates for instagram stories and feed mockups
IG Story mockups for programming rollout: treating this as a category roll out, each film will have their own story slide. (stacked collage on the left with multiple frames packaged together. classic on the right with the extended frame of a still from the film.)
Interactive IG story ideas with “Here For The Bigger Picture” VHS spine for story and newsletter banners.
designed custom giphy
Create custom animated IG stickers and gifs, pulled them from the merch stickers I designed. Great tool for interactive engagement with our community, and a fun way to spruce up the festival’s instagram stories as well.
programme guide dividers
Ideate and execute art direction & design for the print ads and layouts of the festival programme guide’s category dividers (for features, midl-lengths and shorts), inspired by multi-frame stills. produce festival programme guide product shots for e-commerce store.
25th-anniversary physical merchandise
Conceptualize merch design ideas, execute designs, review product mockups, produce merch ads, and oversee the production of each piece, ensuring the integrity of the final products. Designed 4 merch items, sold at 2 in-person events & the online store.
Collaborate with advertising and production houses to assist in directing an engaging design vision for external marketing assets.
visual identity for physical marketing collateral
Design and execute direction for co-presentation screenings’ custom event posters, postcards, wheat-paste posters, postcards, pre-roll screen slides.
25th anniversary festival pre-rolls
Produce all internal marketing assets for in-person screen assets and lower third for panel livestreams through motion graphics, live event graphics, pre-show digital slides, and dynamic multi-media campaigns.
“until tomorrow” campaign
Art direction and design for May Asian Heritage Month’s Until Tomorrow social campaign, revisiting 25 years of program archives.
